Week 2: Cucumber Crunch


Cucumber Crunch- Cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice & sea salt. Ummmmm!

This is a great side dish that I found on Pinterest. It also makes a great snack. I can happily eat these cucumbers at anytime. Yay!
